Fishing. Coarse fishing is well catered for locally. A day ticket is available but a 2 week holiday permit for 30 Euros is better value, the permits are available from Ducey and St. Hilaire-du-Harcouët and are easy to obtain.

Cycling and Mountain Biking. The “Veloroutes”. La Manche has 25 circular routes of 20km each. La Manche à VTT (mountain biking). There are 50 cycle routes ranging in length from 11 to 45kms and in difficulty from the easy peddling to hard going.

Food and drink. Normandy is renowned for its cheese and cider. Visit local "farm" shops to taste locally produced cheeses and cider based products.
